Returns Policy?

We hope you are delighted with your order, but if for some reason you are not please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

Please put RETURNS ENQUIRY into the subject title of your email. We will reply with a returns note which will need to be completed before issuing any refund.

Please Note:

Unless the goods are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning them to us. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you do so (in case you need to show you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel).

If you require a refund we will do so within 14 days after the day on which we receive the products back from you, provided that you have returned the un-opened goods to us within 14 working days of delivery to you.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

Your right to return goods does not apply where sealed goods have been supplied if they have become unsealed after delivery, as they are not suitable for return due to health protection and hygiene reasons.

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the item and will arrange to pay for the return postage costs.

To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection.
